New Member. Dec 22, 2015. #1. hey, im new here, I just got a 1989 ezgo 2stroke golf cart, and when i push the gas pedal, it makes a high pitch whining noise for a few seconds before the clutch moves. and drives fine. Except now just makes the noise and sometimes trys to roll ahead a little bit..
